Business owners and residents of Wood River are paying more for water and sewer service, and it looks like a plan is coming together to use the extra money that is coming in. Palen says he is working on a "master plan" to prioritize areas that need attention first, and hopes to begin working on planned maintenance and repairs starting May 1 of next year.
