If you know a woman that has compiled a number of outstanding personal achievements and contributions to the community, they may be among the 2014 class of Women of Distinction.  The 24th annual awards will be announced this spring, and the nomination process runs through the end of the month.  The honorees will reflect the mission of the YWCA: eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.

YWCA Executive Director Andrea Lamer says nominations are due by February 28.
