The Two Rivers National Wildlife Refuge near Brussels is hosting its annual winter open house on Saturday.  While a wildlife photography display has been set up all week, the bulk of the activities will happen this Saturday from 10am-2pm.

Visitor’s Services Manager Courtney Solum says in addition to the eagles, there are a number of other birds and animals that call the refuge home.

Open House activities include a nature crafts and wildlife photography, a presentation with live birds by Tree House Wildlife Center and a van tour of the refuge, limited to 12 people.  Call 618-883-2524 in advance to sign up, or for more information on this event, which is free and open to the public.
