With the approval of the boards of directors for both organizations, WellSpring Resources has been absorbed by Centerstone.  Centerstone, a nonprofit organization, is one of the nation's largest behavioral healthcare providers.  It offers a range of treatment, support and educational programs and services to people with mental health and addiction disorders and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The merger plan was announced nearly two months ago.  The combined organization will serve more than 16,000 people of all ages annually in the state of Illinois, with locations in 8 counties.  Centerstone now has 157 locations in four states and approximately $210 million in annual revenues.
