Temperatures in Illinois have been higher than normal this month, and it looks like that trend will continue through the winter. Kids are back in school and fans of fall are dreaming about bonfires and cozy sweaters. But State Climatologist Jim Angel says it's felt more like the middle of summer the past few weeks.
