Volunteers are flocking to Harrisburg, Illinois, to help with tornado cleanup. The town was devastated last week by an EF-4 twister. Over the weekend, volunteers from area schools as well as members of a group called "Operation Blessing" gave their time to the recovery effort.

The Southeast Illinois College Foundation Center in Harrisburg is now serving as headquarters for volunteer coordination efforts. Both the American Red Cross and the Salvation Army also have a presence in the region and are assisting residents in recovery.
