Veterans who have outstanding warrants in Madison County are getting a chance to clear things up without the fear of being arrested. Those who received things from traffic warrants to felony warrants in Madison County can go in to the courthouse on September 12th and make arrangements to pay their fines or set a new court date. The amnesty program does not apply to federal warrants or civil contempt citations. Veterans must bring a photo ID in with them, along with a DD-214 form to qualify.
