photo credit: Stacey LovelandUgandan Thunder, a choir comprised of grade school and high school aged children from Uganda, is in the midst of a tour, which includes a number of concerts in the Riverbend.  The last of those performances will take place this week in Belleville and Jerseyville. The concert includes singing, dancing and the playing of some musical instruments.

Perry Sandefer is with the organization Pennies for Posho.  He tells The Big Z Pennies for Posho is a humanitarian and missions organization committed to feeding the hungry children of Africa and to share the gospel and help disciple them.  But what is Posho?

The group will perform tonight at 7pm at St. Matthew United Methodist Church in Belleville, and wrap up their tour of the area Friday night at 7pm at the First United Methodist Church in Jerseyville.
