Lakin tells The Big Z Lopes got into a verbal altercation with someone on a business parking lot in Livingston, at which time deputies responded and took him into custody. Lopes is being held pending a fitness hearing, so he can "get the help that he needs." Lakin asks that if anyone has had any inappropriate or alarming contact with Lopes to report that to your local law enforcement agency.
