The Madison County State's Attorney Office has filed charges against three Granite City residents in connection with two drug overdose deaths from last year.  40 year old Robert Kirchner, 41 year old Debra Nelson and 23 year old David Deforest, Jr., were charged Monday with drug induced homicide in two separate drug cases out of Granite City.

Kirchner is charged in connection with the death of 44 year old Tony Sellers of Piedmont, Missouri, who was found dead outside Kirchner's home in June of last year.  Authorities determined Sellers died of a heroin overdose.  Kirchner is also one of four people charged in the concealment of his body.  In the other case, Deforest and Nelson are charged in connection with the death of 19 year old Dylan Hartman of Granite City who died on December 9 of an overdose of liquid methadone.  State's Attorney Tom Gibbons:
