Three people are facing felony drug charges following a Wednesday afternoon raid by the Madison County Sheriff's Department and the East Alton Police. 57-year-old Larry B. Tinnon, 35-year-old Lee Ann Edwards, and 39-year-old Daniel W. Allsman are all being held in the Madison County Jail following their arrest at the salvage yard at 800 W. MacArthur Avenue in Cottage Hills.
It's been known by several names, including Tinnon Motors, J&L Salvage, and 140 Auto Parts. Sheriff's Department Captain Mike Dixon tells The Big Z he is relieved to have brought the trio into custody without incident.

Allsman is charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine; Edwards is charged with Unlawful Delivery or Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine; and Tinnon is charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Delivery or Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, and two counts of Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
