Exercise in a low-impact format is something those with various ailments can often participate in successfully.  One of those methods is the discipline called Tai Chi.  A series of Tai Chi classes begins tomorrow night at Godfrey's Glazebrook Park, and will run each Wednesday ion August from 6:30-7:30pm.

The class will be taught by Mary Ann Pitchford, who will focus on gentle meditative movements that are beneficial to everyone.  Godfrey Park & Recreation Director Kimberly Caughran:
