A special event is planned to view a lunar spectacle from the Lewis and Clark Confluence Tower on Saturday August 29th. Amateur astronomer Steve Sands will be on hand to explain the wonders of Super Moon and whether it will have an effect on the Earth. There will also be a car cruise at the tower the same night.
Sales and Marketing Coordinator for the Alton Regional Convention and Visitor's Bureau Stephanie Tate tells The Big Z what exactly will be the focus of the discussion.
