The state is cracking down on heroin dealers and they’re turning to the people for help.  The Illinois Crime Commission is offering a ten-thousand dollar reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of any elected official who’s using his or her authority to protect heroin dealers.

The reward comes after police officers, probation officers, and judges in Illinois were recently busted for using or distributing drugs.  Anyone with information can call the commission and remain anonymous.
