Springfield officials say they're getting stiffed by the Obama-Biden Presidential campaign over a 55-thousand-dollar bill from August 2008.  Springfield's budget director tells the "Journal-Register" short of suing the campaign the city has no remaining options for reimbursement.

Nearly 70-thousand dollars in expenses were billed to the Obama-Biden camp after its stop in Springfield during the 2008 election campaign.  More than 150 city cops provided protection for the future President during a rally at the Old State Capitol.
