If you are looking for a job, Lewis & Clark Community College is hosting its annual job fair today.  From 9am-noon, hundreds of job seekers will meet with potential employers at The Commons.  Some of this year's participating employers include Cope Plastics, Auffenburg Dealer Group, Challenge Unlimited, Farmer's Insurance, and the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Alice Bunjan, manager of Lewis & Clark Career and Employment Services, says you should come to the event dressed professionally.

Bunjan comments

Illinois workNet and Madison County Employment and Training will sponsor workshops covering social media, Illinois JobLink and using smartphone apps for job searching.  Bunjan says a large part of the job market has gone digital, and Lewis & Clark is offering job seekers the option to use those tools to optimize their searches.  For more information, call 468-5500, or click on the link at this story at AltonDailyNews.com
