The SNIP Alliance is returning to the Riverbend in the New Year, pending Alton City Council approval.  The city's Committee of the Whole gave preliminary approval to a series of clinics to be held in January, February and March at the Alton Public Works facility.

These clinics are for pet owners in Madison County who are on Social Security, Disability, or Food Stamps.  They are by appointment only, and the cost is $20 for dogs and $10 for cats.  The first weekend for appointments will be January 9 & 10.  To make an appointment, call 618-550-7647.
