A roundtable to air out small business concerns quickly became a discussion of the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. U. S. Rep. Rodney Davis (R-Taylorville) appeared at the event, hosted by the National Federation of Independent Business at a third-generation Springfield sign company. One participant honed in on the idea that Congress should repeal Obamacare, which the Republican-controlled House has voted dozens of times to do.
