It’s officially winter now and the Illinois Department on Aging has some tips to help seniors get through the cold weather. It hasn’t been too cold outside yet, but it certainly will be sometime soon. Department on Aging spokesperson Kimberly Parker says seniors should make plans now for when that first big snowfall rolls through.
