People on welfare won't have to put their pictures on their LINK cards anytime soon.  An Illinois Senate committee shot the idea down last week.  Senator Chapin Rose introduced the proposal, hoping to cut down on fraud.  He says people are selling their food stamps at an alarming rate and getting as little as 50-cents for every dollar they sell in food stamps.

Rose says his colleagues are making a mistake by not putting pictures on the LINK cards.
