It appears fewer and fewer people are turning to Sears for their shopping needs.  The department store has reported a fourth-quarter loss that was larger than analysts expected, as sales fell for the sixth consecutive year.  Sears brought in a new CEO this month in an effort to turn the historic store's sales numbers around.  

CEO Edward Lampert has sent a letter to shareholders and employees pointing out improvements, including better clothing sales and a growing loyalty program for customers.
