Authorities will be back on the water today near the confluence of the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers after a boat capsized sending a boy and two men into the water on Saturday near Hartford.  The 10 year old, who was wearing a life jacket, was pulled to safety by a passing barge crew, but there's been no sign of the men.

Rescue and recovery crews searched for part of Saturday afternoon but had to suspend operations due to windy conditions.  They were out all day yesterday and will resume their efforts this morning.  Officials blame the windy conditions on the river Saturday for the initial accident.
