The body of a second fisherman who reportedly went into the Mississippi River near Hartford earlier this month still hasn't surfaced a week after the first body was recovered.  The body of 60-year-old Mike J. Flythe of St. Louis was recovered last Saturday afternoon near the Jefferson Barracks Bridge in South St. Louis.   The men were with a 10 year old boy who was pulled from the water by a passing barge crew.

The boy was wearing a life jacket, but the men apparently were not.  Hartford Fire Chief David Owens believes high wind caused the missing men's boat to capsize that Saturday sending all three occupants into the water.  The boy who was pulled to safety was not injured.
