A scholarship fund has been set up in memory of a local student who was killed in a traffic accident last December following a hunting trip.  The Jordan C. Klope (pictured) Scholarship will go to fund tuition assistance to the Sportsmen's Club Youth Trap Team members who attend Lewis & Clark Community College in Godfrey, says event organizer David Phillips:
