Bryan also says motorists should watch out for black ice on the roads.  He adds drivers should take it slow when approaching intersections, off ramps and shady areas because they are prone to black ice.  And while it's illegal at all times, drivers should remember to stay off their cell phones in bad weather and tricky road conditions.
