The family of a Roxana man is reaching out to the public with hopes gathering materials and volunteers to help construct a handicap ramp for a family member who is recovering from a stroke. 51-year old Jerry Reynolds suffered a stroke in September and recently returned home according to his sister, Julia Wakeford.
