Frontrunner Mitt Romney has some work to do to come out ahead in the March 20th Illinois Primary. According to a new "Chicago Tribune"/WGN poll, Romney holds the lead with 35-percent of likely Republican voters, but challenger Rick Santorum is right behind him with 31-percent. However, voters are still open to persuasion.
Fully 46-percent of voters said they could still change their minds before Election Day. Early voting continues in Illinois through this Thursday, March 15. Meanwhile, Romney will make a stop in the St. Louis area this week. He is scheduled to appear Tuesday at Noon in Kirkwood.
