A new report claims Illinois Congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr. allegedly improperly tapped into campaign funds to decorate his home. The "Wall Street Journal" reports a federal investigation into Jackson is centering around that allegation.
On Friday, the "Chicago Sun-Times" reported Jackson was under federal investigation. It is an investigation which started prior to his taking a leave of absence in June to get medical attention. The Jackson family says he suffers with bipolar depression. Last month, the Jacksons placed their Washington, DC home on the market for two and a half million dollars.
