Gov. Bruce Rauner is taking a campaign-style tour around the state this week to sell Illinois residents on his so-called 'turnaround agenda. The agenda includes reforms to workers' compensation, pensions, property taxes, lawsuits, and other areas. All of it comes with one goal in mind, according to Rauner: Creating more jobs, great careers for everybody in Illinois who wants to work, Rauner said. That's our No. 1 priority. We can't cut our way out of our problems. We can't tax our way out.
