Chicago isn't going to be getting a new casino, and Fairmount Park won't get slot machines. Illinois Governor Pat Quinn vetoed a gambling expansion bill this morning, citing ethical concerns. The governor says the state has only one opportunity to get the law right and believes the current legislation falls short.
