Gov. Pat Quinn will be making his way to Alpha on Wednesday, where President Obama will hold a town hall meeting.  Quinn can’t make it to the first of Obama’s stops, in Atkinson, because he is presiding over Governor’s Day at the State Fair. He’ll be at the Democratic County Chairmen’s Meeting at 9 a.m. and from there a rally at noon.
