Illinois lawmakers will be urged to increase funding for MAP Grants form college students at a rally that is scheduled for today. Governor Pat Quinn will participate in the rally at 12:30pm at the State Capitol, in hopes of the legislature allocating more money toward the Monetary Award Program – or MAP Grants.
