Illinois Governor Pat Quinn should get a pretty nice paycheck, just in time for Christmas.  The Comptroller has been holding Quinn’s pay since July.  That's when he decided he wasn’t taking any money from the state until lawmakers reached a deal on pension reform.

Now that the bill has cleared the legislature, Quinn stands to get nearly 74-thousand-dollars.  He’s apparently been living off of his savings and investment money for the past five months.
