Illinois Governor Pat Quinn is preparing for a trip to Mexico.  He's taking off on Wednesday for a trade mission, hoping to find ways to increase the amount of Illinois goods used in the country.  Nearly nine-percent of the state's exports already go to Mexico.

That equates to about six-and-a-half-billion dollars in 2012, but Quinn wants to double up within the next few years.
