Gov. Pat Quinn doesn’t think highly of his opponent’s suggestions to close tax loopholes. Quinn believes Rauner’s proposals to end what Rauner called “corporate welfare” in Illinois shouldn’t be taken seriously. “Well he’s a beneficiary of corporate welfare,” Quinn said. “So he’s a practitioner of that area.”
