Girls between the ages of 9 and 12 are invited to a program tomorrow (June 6) that will help explain the changes they will be going through heading into adolescence.  Titled “Years of Change for Girls,” this program at OSF Saint Clare’s Hospital in Alton will cover topics like basic anatomy, physical, emotional and mental changes that take place, and the importance of taking care of themselves, as they become young women.

Clinical Outreach Coordinator Tammy Stilwell tells The Big Z they will also discuss peer pressure, personal hygiene and healthy lifestyle choices.
