Temperatures are expected to drop drastically over the next few days.  Some areas in Illinois will see temps as low as 35-degrees below zero, and single digit highs are expected to start the work week in the Riverbend.  IEMA’s Patti Thompson says families should make sure they have several items on hand just in case there’s a power outage.
