McGee is described as black male, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds.  Police are also looking for more information in the Schwegel’s Market armed robbery.  The suspect reportedly took an undetermined amount of cash just before closing time on Wednesday, July 30th when he entered the store with a handgun.  Alton Police say he collided with a red SUV at 9th and Alby as he was making his escape on foot and police are looking for the driver of that vehicle.  If you have any information about either of these cases, you’re asked to contact Alton Police at 463-3505.
