In local police reports provided this morning to Z-1570, Wood River Police were holding 41 year old James Ramsey of Wood River for suspended drivers license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.   36 year old Shawn Grizzle of Worden for retail theft.   61 year old Charles Hammonds of Alton, held for public indecency and possession of drug equipment. 

East Alton Police had a mother and her two daughters in custody this morning.  43 year old Kimberly Deardeuff of the 300 block of Smith in East Alton held on an outstanding warrant for assault and battery, and a warrant for disobeying a police officer.   20 year old Kelsi Deardeuff of the 300 block of Goulding in East Alton held for failure to appear for assault and battery and a warrant from Alton Police.   25 year old Kristen Baze of the 300 block of Smith in East Alton, held for failure to appear assault and battery.   Police also arrested 48 year old David Crites of the 3300 block of Dememil in St. Louis for possession of a stolen vehicle.  He was taken to the Madison County Jail.

Illinois State Police investigated a crash on I-255 on the northbound ramp to Collinsville Road Sunday.  Police say the driver of the car, 20 year old Kristen Masiero of Wood River apparently drove into a guardrail and crash cushion then lost control of the car and struck another guardrail.  A passenger in the front seat who was not wearing a seatbelt was ejected through the windshield and suffered serious injuries requiring transport by ARCH to a St. Louis hospital.  The passenger was not identified by police.   Masiero suffered minor injuries and was cited for improper lane usage.
