Checking overnight police activity, the Madison County Sheriff's Department reports the arrest of 34-year-old Kyle W. Healey of the 3,100 block of Bassett Avenue in rural Alton. He is charged with felony aggravated discharge of a firearm after allegedly firing at least one shot from a handgun outside his residence in the front yard, during a domestic dispute. His bond was set at $100,000.
Alton Police were holding 29-year-old William F. Mundy of the 1900 block of Worden on warrants; 38-year-old Ronald L. Heaton of the 26,000 block of State Highway 3 in Godfrey for violation of an order of protection; 28-year-old Kenya L. Hamilton of the 2600 block of Walnut for pedestrian soliciting rides and resisting a peace officer; 26-year-old Sonya M. Dixon of the 3100 block of Belle Street on warrants; 28-year-old Frederick C. Mason of the 1000 block of Washington Avenue for illegal transportation of alcohol, no seatbelt, and warrants; and 38-year-old George Hardwick of St. Louis for DUI.
There was no one new being held in the East Alton or Wood River Jails during our morning check.
