In local police reports, the Madison County Sheriff's Department took an Alton High School student into custody after a threatening message was allegedly found written on a bathroom wall on Wednesday.  The 15 year old female was taken to the Madison County Juvenile Detention facility and could face charges.  The message was found to contain more of a generic threat and did not name anyone as a target, according to police.

The Madison County Sheriff's Department arrested three people in connection with a residential burglary in Alhambra last week.   25 year old Christopher Stufflebean, 21 year old Ashley Kite and 20 year old Kristen Miller all of Collinsville have all been charged with residential burglary after a resident of the home witnessed a white male suspect removing a television from the residence last Thursday.   Kite and Stufflebean are in custody, and Miller is still being sought by police.

Three people were also arrested following a reported break in attempt at the Inn Between Tavern on Maryville Road in Granite City early Wednesday morning.  45 year old James Piker of Belleville, 29 year old Lea Ann Mamino of Granite City and 43 year old Denise Dodson of Collinsville have been charged in connection with the case.
