Police in O'Fallon think they've cracked a multistate ring involved in a new kind of crime -- stealing used grease from St. Louis area restaurants.  Police last week arrested three men at a barn in O'Fallon where they also found about ten-thousand-gallons of grease and cooking oil, stolen from fast food restaurants and intended for sale to rendering and biodiesel plants.  Police says the suspects had records in other states for stealing grease and they estimate the haul they uncovered could have been sold for 30-thousand-dollars.
