A woman accused in the St. Clair County courthouse drug scandal is changing her plea. 65-year-old Deborah Perkins will now plead guilty to conspiracy. She's accused of working with her son Douglas Oliver and Sean McGilvery to purchase about 50-thousand dollars worth of heroin in Chicago.
Former county judge Michael Cook was arrested outside McGilvery's house earlier this year for possession of heroin. Perkins and Oliver are also charged in the heroin overdose death of an Illinois woman whose body was found in Washington Park.
