Work on the Corridor 67 project is complete to Delhi, and the next phase could be a few years off as funding is needed to resume construction. Illinois 255 to the new Route 67 has knocked several minutes off of the commute between Godfrey and Jersey county, and vice-versa.
There are currently two projects in the Multi-Year plan, according to IDOT Programming Engineer Tiffany Brase.

She says 67 will rejoin the existing road north of Delhi until it veers off to the east of Jerseyville for that bypass. The extension of 67 will play a part in moving traffic from St. Louis to the Quad Cities through west central Illinois once it is complete.
