Whether or not you will get a chance in November to vote on a possible property tax cap in Madison County will be in the hands of the Madison County Officers Electoral Board. Madison County Democratic Party Chairman Mark Von Nida tells The Big Z the Electoral Board will be charged with verifying the signatures.
