Former Illinois first lady Patti Blagojevich (pictured) is suing a Chicago radio station.  She says a Chicago FM station poked fun at her husband, former governor Rod Blagojevich, when it displayed billboards claiming, "He never listens."  

Rod is locked up in a federal prison for corruption.  Patti claims the station used his likeness to attract attention, increase listeners, and increase revenues.  She wants 30-thousand dollars in damages.
