Grafton needs new sewer lines in at least two places. The Grafton City Council reviewed engineering reports for two sewer system improvements at its most recent meeting. Mayor Tom Thompson says these are lines that are at least 40 years old that were not replaced in the past.
Thompson says the replacement project would be paid for out of the city’s TIF fund.
