The Lewis and Clark Confluence Tower in Hartford has hosted a number of special events in recent years, and will soon have a new venue to host those of a musical variety.  Bids will be let in January on an amphitheater project.  The plan is for a modestly sized facility, capable of seating about 300 people.

Hartford Projects Manager Deanna Barnes says this will complete the vision planners had when drawing up the site several years ago.
