It's National Immunization Awareness Month and the Illinois Department of Public Health is reminding that vaccines aren't just for kids.  All adults, including pregnant women should get the flu vaccine each year, according to Public Health Assistant Director Don Kauerauf.

He mentions two other shots that not enough adults are getting.

Pregnant women are advised to get the T-DAP vaccine each time they are pregnant, and seniors 65 and older should get the pneumococcal vaccine.
