Another in a series of vocal performances by a group of local women will be held tonight in Alton.  Seasons of Life will present its fall concert at 7pm at the Main Street United Methodist Church in upper Alton.  The group’s goal is to minister to the public through song and raise awareness about domestic violence.

Group member Robyn Bently talks about tonight’s theme:

The group has 31 members, who are all women and who are in all seasons or stages of their lives.  The concert is free and open to the public, but a free will offering will be held with proceeds to benefit the Phoenix Crisis Center in Granite City, which assists victims of domestic violence throughout the Metro East.
